The Paralegal position is an important link within the firm’s legal execution and support team.
Position Overview
A Paralegal at BLawyers Vietnam will:
- Be directly involved in daily legal work
- Support Lawyers and Senior Paralegals in handling client matters
- Receive training to develop professional competence and working skills in a structured law firm environment
This position is suitable for candidates who:

Key Responsibilities
- Legal Support
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and materials under supervision
- Assist Lawyers in matters such as corporate registrations, investment procedures, and review of commercial and legal documents
- Handle filings, follow up on application status, and update results accordingly
- File Management and Organization
- Arrange, store, and manage case files in compliance with internal procedures
- Update case information as assigned
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and handled within required timelines
- Internal Coordination
- Work under the guidance of Lawyers and Senior Paralegals
- Coordinate with team members to ensure work continuity and efficiency
- Perform other legal support tasks as assigned
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields
- At least 1–3 years of experience in legal work or at a law firm (law firm experience is preferred)
- Careful, responsible, and capable of managing assigned tasks
- Ability to read, write, and work with legal documents in English at a basic to intermediate level
- Willingness to develop a long‑term career in a professional and disciplined working environment
